The ADHD and ASC team in Cheshire East (CWP) are pleased to announce that we now have our referral form going on line from the 1st December 2023. From this date this will be the only accepted referral process. This should improve the referral process and reduce the time that the team are using in requesting information which will allow them to concentrate on service provision. This also means that we will now be able to accept referrals to the team directly from parent/carers.
