CEPCF have been asked to share the following about Post 16 Transitions - 

 

"Post 16 Transition September 2025

Our team are working hard to support our Children and Families throughout this process and aim to comply with the timelines.

Whilst the service processes transitions there may be delays in responding to enquiries, but we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as we can.
