Cheshire East Council are hosting two events to shape the future of supported living, community outreach support, and day opportunities in the borough.
If you are someone who accesses support, or are a family member/carer then we would very much like you to come along and hear your views. Please see details below and information on how to book and the flyers for more information.
To book a place, please contact emma.bibby@cheshireeast.gov.uk and provide details of which events you would like to attend and the names of the people who are attending (support workers can also attend).
