CEPCF have been asked to share the below survey with our members about the Community Equipment Service
If you have used or know anyone that has used the service please do complete the survey.
The council and partners are seeking feedback from residents on the Cheshire Integrated Community Equipment Service with a view to having a new contract in place from April 2026.
The service that provides equipment items to aid independent living for adults and children who are less mobile or need assistance; this includes items such as walkers, raised toilet seats and commodes, up to larger items such as hoists and specialist beds.
We are currently undertaking a programme of engagement activity with stakeholders, including those who are involved in prescribing equipment and local residents who use the service, to help us shape the future service spec.
We would welcome your views on the attached survey by 24 January 2025.
