CEPCF have been sent the following to share with families about access to GP services over the last 12 months.
GP Access Survey
Healthwatch Cheshire has launched a GP Survey, aimed at gathering feedback from local residents about their experiences of GP services.
The nine Healthwatch organisations across Cheshire and Merseyside have come together to create the survey, with information gathered to help inform and shape future primary care services across Cheshire and Merseyside.
